Purchase a domain (GoDaddy/Namecheap)
Connect it to your CRM website
Confirm site loads correctly
Set up Email inside your CRM
Create a dedicated sub-domain
Send a test Email
After you’ve purchased your domain, secured your phone number, and created your 30-minute booking calendar, submit the activation form to finish setup.
Don’t submit until Steps 1–3 are complete.

Choose a short brand name
Buy from GoDaddy or Namecheap
Avoid hyphens if possible
Keep login details saved
Confirm domain ownership
Go to Settings → Domains
Add your domain/subdomain
Follow the DNS instructions
Wait for DNS to propagate
Confirm the website loads
Go to Settings → Calendars
Open your 30-minute calendar
Copy the booking link
Test it in a private browser
Make sure times are available
Buy/verify your phone number
Test an inbound/outbound call
Confirm your email is correct
Check notifications are enabled
Save changes
